• operational logs used for security, debugging, and service reliability

Account, workspace, and service data is stored on infrastructure used to operate FrameSprout. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

FrameSprout does not sell personal information. We share data only when necessary to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or when you instruct us to send content or authentication requests to connected third-party platforms.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect service data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and connected third-party access.

When enabled by you, FrameSprout may interact with third-party providers such as YouTube, X, Telegram, and AI or media generation services. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

You control whether to connect third-party accounts, what content to process, and whether to publish generated output. You may revoke connected app access through the relevant provider and request account changes through our contact channels where available.
