By accessing or using FrameSprout, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

FrameSprout is provided for lawful use only. You are responsible for:

• complying with applicable laws and regulations
• complying with the terms and platform rules of any third-party services you connect
• reviewing generated content before publication where appropriate
• maintaining the security of your account credentials and connected integrations
• ensuring that users you invite to a workspace are authorized to access that workspace

Access to FrameSprout may be provided through guided demos, early access programs, scoped pilots, or other invitation-based onboarding. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security concerns, or operational reasons.

FrameSprout may integrate with third-party services such as YouTube, X, Telegram, and AI or media providers. Your use of those services is governed by your separate agreements with those providers. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, API changes, account restrictions, or enforcement actions taken by those providers.

You retain responsibility for all prompts, source material, generated assets, metadata, and published posts created or submitted through FrameSprout. You represent that you have the rights needed to use, process, and publish that content.

FrameSproutis provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrameSprout and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, or account access arising from or related to use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use ofFrameSprout after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
